TOUCHLESS
OPTUS uses advanced technology cameras to analyse wheel geometry without any contact with the wheel or rim. It is no longer necessary to apply clamps with targets/sensors on the rims, eliminating the risk of damage. Immediate results in 5” As a vehicle enters the measurement area, the automatic software immediately pre-selects the vehicle specification, detecting parameters such as caster, camber and toe. The system returns the results with extraordinary accuracy in just 5 seconds.

DIAGNOSIS REPORT
The easy-to-understand report lists out-of-specification angles and related issues that can affect the drive, prompting the customer to make faster, more informed decisions.

FULLY AUTOMATIC
OPTUS is able to measure each wheel type and automatically distinguish vehicles with different wheelbases. There’s no need to remove wheel trims or even correct the runout of the wheels to be analysed, even if they are out of specification. Caster measurements can also be made without the use of a brake block, whilst still guaranteeing maximum precision.
