ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS CCD (Charged Coupled Device) sensor technology enables a quick and accurate measurement of all alignment parameters for cars and LCVs. The sensors are mounted on premium quality Italian-engineered 3-point clamps, which are lighter and arguably faster to set-up than any other clamp of similar design on the market. The MEMS accelerometer (Micro Electro-Mechanical System), together with the CCD cameras, enable the acquisition of the alignment parameters of the wheels, including caster & camber.

TOUGHPAD
The alignment software is managed by a waterproof and dust-proof Toughpad with 10” touch screen and rubberised shatterproof cover. The Toughpad operates on Windows 10, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections ensuring optimal ease of use anywhere around, or under a vehicle. Magnets on the rear of the Toughpad allow it to be secured on a ramp, or rear axle of a vehicle while making adjustments.

REGULARLY UPDATED DATABASE
The database contains over 55,000 vehicle models with related specifications and is updated automatically, via internet connection every four months.

DIAGNOSIS REPORT
The diagnosis report shows the actual measurements taken, alongside the vehicle specifications provided by the database, highlighting in red anything that needs to be adjusted. An Audit function provides a diagnosis of possible driving disturbances resulting from unsuitable values detected.
