Once the lasers have taken the rim data, simply press the 'Magic Button' to enter the information and you are ready to balance. No need for a measuring gauge or for manual data entry.

The elimination of a measuring gauge coupled with the swivel display means the operator can use this balancer in any position they choose - totally flexible and suitable for any vehicle or layout.

IT'S VERSATILE
Not just a mobile fitting balancer, Fast Touch Lite is available as a 240v machine (yes, it’s good enough for any workshop!), or with an optional 12v Inverter Pack, for mobile operators. It is available as a simple balancing 'head' unit, complete with storage for cones and pliers, or with a cleverly designed plinth for freestanding installation, offering minimal footprint and additional storage.

VIRTUAL SONAR
Virtual Sonar is an innovation, which, in the absence of an actual sonar device, automatically measures rim width, reducing balancing time and avoiding operator errors caused by manual data entries.

ONE WEIGHT BALANCING
One Weight Balancing (OWB) is automatically activated, at the end of the spin, suggesting a single ideal correction plane instead of two. The laser pointer indicates the exact point where it is possible to balance the wheel minimizing both static and dynamic imbalance, using only one balance weight. OWB offers 30% time savings for 70% of wheels.

AUTOMATIC APPROACH
When the measuring spin has finished, the automatic approach system activates the electric brake to stop the wheel at the point of balance weight application. Fine adjustments can be made by the operator. After the first weight has been applied, pressing “start” instructs the machine to move the wheel to the second position for the weight application.
